We're looking for brands like Mint Velvet, Whistles, Reiss, Phase Eight, Coast, Hobbs, The White Company, Karen Millen, Cos, & Other Stories, Arket, Jaeger, and Busby & Fox.
Luxury designers
We welcome designer pieces from Chloe, Burberry, Max Mara, and many other exclusive labels, ensuring they are authentic and in excellent condition.
Brands we do not accept
Please note, we do not accept items from brands such as ASOS, Shein, BooHoo, any supermarket or high street brands not listed above.
Preparing your items for sale
To ensure your clothes are ready for their new home, please follow these guidelines. Presentation is key to a successful sale.
Impeccable condition
Ensure that each item is clean, pressed, and/or dry cleaned. They should be free from any loose hems, snags, tears, or missing parts like buttons.
Authenticity and labelling
All original brand labels and size labels must be present. For any high-end designer items, please provide proof of authenticity to ensure a smooth selling process.
The selling process
Currently, we operate on an appointment or drop-off basis, but will be introducing a mail service in the near future. Please watch our website for upcoming details. Please review our brand and condition requirements, and then contact us to discuss how to proceed with your items.
